Adrianna Richards

Adrianna is a second-year graduate student at UNC. She received her B.A. in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles and her M.A. in Applied Clinical Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University, Harrisburg. Adrianna is interested in fostering resilience in youth who have experienced adversity and investigating the roles which positive emotion and psychology may play in resilient developmental pathways. Her clinical and research backgrounds include work with survivors of childhood trauma, abuse, and neglect, as well as intersectional social and cultural experiences related to marginalization and discrimination. Outside of research, Adrianna loves dancing, cooking, water polo, and video games.
